Challenge that world facing now is breaking the rising increasingly debt with the United States as soon as possible. However, this is not what those important national decision makers want obviously. The European may complain, but the decision makers of the United States will be satisfied with the oversea aid program. At the same time the decision maker of Asia apparently will be very glad for his own country to offer subsidy. But this kind of equilibrium behavior is unsteady, because of predicament is worsen. The world needs an authentic plan to escape to the obligation trap of the United States.
